Shipments

When will my order ship?

Typically, orders placed on boostinfinite.com will ship same day if you ordered before 2 p.m. MST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. MST will ship the next business day (excludes holidays and weekends).

Phones and SIM kits ship via UPS 2nd Day Air and will usually arrive within 3-4 business days
of when your order was placed.

Phone shipments require a signature upon delivery

UPS will attempt to deliver to your shipping address. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, UPS will redirect your shipment to a UPS facility or access point. (this may add an additional business day) You will then have 4-5 days to pickup your shipment from the access point before the shipment is returned to sender.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a UPS tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Note: Detailed UPS tracking information will become available after your shipment reaches the first UPS facility. (this may take up to 24 hours after the UPS tracking number is created)
